As many of you know I was blessed by the opportunity to journey to Uganda in early October [2008]. We spent eight days on the ground in Uganda and I am please to report that things are going well in our partnership at Trinity, Centenary, and Double Cure. Romans continues to demonstrate creative leadership and relentless focus on meeting the needs of the 2,200 children at the schools and numerous patients of Double Cure.

I wish to assure you that monies are being used for the benefit of the patients and students. Romans (David) Serunjogi has “unique skills.”...and his current foci are not only the day to day operations at Trinity and Double Cure, but also the planning stages of a new girls’ dorm at Centenary High School.

Romans is an extremely talented and committed individual. We [ECHOES] will do all we can to help him manage the many challenges he faces, as well as to assist him in providing for the many Uganda children who depend on him.
